Laminate Veneers vs Lumineers Veneers

I'm about to get veneers on and having a little research while look for the best dentist for me. The question is whats the diffrences between "Laminate" and "Lumineers" Veneers? And which one is better? Thank you.

Laminate veneers are thin laminates designed to cover the front surface of teeth. They are used to improve your smile. They help with uneven tooth alignment, spaces between teeth, chips, cracks, worn and discolored enamel or stained teeth.There are two types of veneers: one is made out of porcelain, and the other is made out of acrylic resin.
Lumineers is a brand name for a type of veneer and is made out of porcelain. They are safe, painless, strong and thin. If a patient has chips, cracks, uneven tooth alignment, spacing between teeth, worn and discolored enamel or stained teeth, Lumineers is the solution. Hi:Both lumineers and veneers are made out of porcelain.  Lumineers are much thinner and normally do not require much preparation on the tooth.  However if your teeth are in the right position, putting lumineers on them can make your teeth stick out and look unnatural.  With veneers the tooth is prepared prior to placement therefore it is a non reversible procedure.  For more accurate advice please post photo of your smile.Best,Dr. Maddahi
