17 days is still very early on in the post op phase. It looks like you've lost your scabs and I am not able to appreciate any redness which are good signs. The irregular texture of the skin is difficult to see from your pictures. Its true that sometimes grafts are placed in holes to deep and can appear sunken however I would say that you should continue to wait until your scheduled follow up visit with your surgeon before jumping to any conclusions.
