Can a fixed dental bridge be made thin? I got a permanent bridge yesterday. (Photo)

Now i m feeling that teeths are too thick n they lift my upper lip to some extant. I just want to know that can it be fixed through simple filing of the bridge? Need help please plus it also make my lips look bulky

HI:A Bridge can definitely help with the mobility of the adjacent teeth, however depending on the amount of bone around the adjacent teeth, the prognosis may be altered.  Please provide X-ray of the adjacent teeth for more accurate advice.Best,Dr. Maddahi
