Does Monat cause hair loss/shedding and will my hair grow back to normal density again?

I stated to use Monat shampoo and conditioner back on July 6, 2020 and noticed by August 1, 2020 my hair was shedding a lot more than it usually does. I wasn’t sure if it was also because of work stress. I’ve stopped since August 1 and my hair has stopped shedding as well, but just curious to know is that product line causes temporary hair loss? Will my hair grow back to normal density again? I also have low vitamin D and ferritin.
