Finasteride side effects, are they going to go away?

finesteride can cause lack of libido but its not random, so this is likely due to another cause, however, I would start over the counter hair products (see link that I do daily), plus begin PRP/acell injections in office for hair. If this persists consider stopping the medications. Best, Dr. Emer.

For people who have significant sexual side effects like inability to get an erection, the drug is probably not for you. Speak with your doctor as if you continue to take the medication with this side effect, the consequences of this could be post finasteride syndrome
