Only one boob falls to the side when I lie down. Why?

I am 3 months post op, I got textured overs, my right has settled nicely but my left has not, it is not higher but more round looking than the left and when I lie down my right falls to the side but my left doesn't it looks awful and I am very concerned. My left is not firmer than the right, it just doesn't seem to move, will it stay like this?

I am sorry to hear about your concerns after breast augmentation surgery. It is difficult to make an accurate diagnosis and/or provide you with good advice based on your description only. You may wish to post photographs with your next question. If  one breast implant is "falling to the side" when you lie down, you may be experiencing a breast implant displacement problem (lateral displacement).  This situation may be improved upon with revisionary breast surgery probably involving internal suture "repair" of the breast implant pocket (capsulorraphy).
