Black outline and picosure laser settings? (Photos)

Question

Hi I have had one pass on lower half of sleeve .iv seen no change on the black outline.Also I was told settings were low on first pass to see how I would react to laser is this normal

It sounds like your clinician may have been taking a very conservative approach with the low settings, I would want to know if they had a particular concern based on their clinical judgement of your case.  I would also want to know when you had this first treatment, as it can take weeks to see results, they length of time depends on several factors including your own body's response. In my experience the 1064nm nanosecond and picosecond lasers treat black ink better than the 755nm PicoSure laser.  Tattoo inks are specifically treated with matching colors of laser light.  1064nm laser works best for black.  755nm lasers work best on greens and blues.
