I'm scheduled to have Radiesse injections on jawline and the hollows of my cheeks next week. Can I still get IPL or other laser treatments after? Can the laser melt the filler?

I would suggest holding off on fat grafting and mid-face lift. It is difficult to remove Radiesse but as you know it will dissolve with time with most results lasting just over a year. If you plan on having your surgery now you may be under corrected with the fat grafting.

I agree with Dr. Lupo that Radiesse would be a poor choice for this area. I would go with one of the hyaluronic acid fillers (Restylane, Juvederm) or collagen (Cosmoderm/Cosmoplast). A small amount of Botox 2 weeks prior to the filler injections would be ideal. For long-term improvement in...
