Right breast feels lumpy at the top and raises higher - Is this capsular contracture? (Photos)

I had a tummy tuck and breast lift with 365cc gel implants in August 2025. In the past few weeks, i have noticed that the right breast feels lumpy at the top. When i raise my arms above my head, the right breast raises significantly higher than the left one. When my arms are down at my sides, they don’t look that uneven. I am worried what this is and how i go about having it fixed. I am sick to my stomach thinking about having to pay out of pocket for another procedure already.
