I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

You have complicated history and your implants are quite large. The use of mesh does not always guarantee that you will not have recurrence. It may be possible that your wound is contracting normally with healing, not that it is a capsular contracture. You will have to wait 6 months before deciding on the final opinion. If you are dissatisfied with your results after 6 months, then you may want to consider smaller implants that will be more stable and long term.
