Can Invisalign and veneers fix recessed maxilla/midface deficiency/ability to smile? (photos)

Hello, I undergone lip lift surgery because of toothshow. That didn't help and I realized that my problem is recessed maxilla. Is there a way to change my smile without orthognatic surgery? Thank you V
