I've just gotten my second Invisalign tray today. My dentist placed 4 attachments on my front teeth, and I now have 17 trays all up. How long do I wear these attachments? They aren't the most attractive.

In most cases you don't even need to see your treating dentist to have a new aligner made. If you call and let your dentist know which tray is torn a new one can be ordered for you.
I find most patients start noticing changes within the first 6-12 weeks with Invisalign. Your teeth will not move tremendously during these first weeks, but the changes should be significant enough where you will notice them and feel confident that the trays are working as expected.
