So, I had a breast reduction 4 months ago and my "dis-solvable" stitches in the anchor line under the breast popped out through the skin. I have one or two that have become ingrown under some new skin, and these are quite painful. They are very sore, tiny bumps. How do i look after these? The ones that arent ingrown are quite long and scratchy. What should i do?

Sorry that you are experiencing this complication. It will get better. From the appearance of this wound, it should be completely healed in about 6-8 weeks with debridement (cleaning away the non-viable tissue in clinic by your plastic surgeon) and dressing changes twice daily: nothing special,...
At this point, your plastic surgeon should see it. It may be fat necrosis and, as such, won’t go away. The surgeon may have to take you back to the OR and have the lump removed. If your surgeon is adamant about his diagnosis, then I would get a second opinion to make sure it is just a hematoma.
