What is the technical name for the kind of Mohs reconstruction I had?

I am trying to find a youtube video where the mohs reconstruction is like what I had done to me a couple weeks ago. But nothing comes up. Is there a technical name for it? No one else seems to have the same scar that I do. BCC in corner of forehead. Reconstruction involved a vertical cut from the outer end of my eyebrow over to the edge of my hairline on the side of my face, halfway down to my ear. My skin was PULLED UPWARD to cover the opening. Does this have a name? Thanks.

Hard to say what type of closure was performed without a photograph. There are a number of reconstructive options in this area to minimize pull on the eyelid/eyebrow. If it's a straight or slightly curved line, then it's likely a linear closure. If there's a horizontal and vertical line, then this could either be an advancement or rotation flap. Again, we could give you a better response based upon a photograph, but I hope this helps anyways.
