Could a dimpleplasty look natural?

hi doctors, I'm looking to get a dimpleplasty but I have a few questions about it, is it true that when you have a dimpleplasty the dimples will always be present even if you're not smiling? and I have a dimple under my lip that's noticeable when i smile, my dad has dimples but not deep dimples, so my question is do the dimples will only appear when you smile or will they always be there, and could I get subtle dimples on my cheeks, not huge ones your thoughts? is it possible to get small ones

Great Question! 
Surgical dimples can be made to look natural. The surgical technique involves a little bit more than throwing a simple stitch. Just like anything, to make it look perfect- often requires a little more work and there are no simple quick shortcuts. 
Find a surgeon who you trust with a good reputation and good luck!

Cheek dimples can be made to be very deep to more shallow depending upon the surgical technique. It is not precisely predictable how deep the cheek dimple will stay as it heals. Usually a surgically created cheek dimple will not be present when you smile but only appears when you do.
