Question

I had a breast reduction on 11/19 and I have struggled with being dissatisfied with my breasts. I know I should wait at least 3 months before making a judgement however I am not optimistic. My breast are very asymmetrical and my areolas are 2 different shapes and sizes. My P.S has been in practice for about 25 years and everyone spoke very highly of him but I am not satisfied. He doesn't seem to be concerned about my breast in any manner. I think I just need reassurance.

As you mentioned, you are still early out from surgery and things will change as the tissue soften and settle.  Your photos look like you have a decent result and overall good shape.  Be patient with the healing process and things may even out a bit more over time.  A small revision can always be done after 6-8 months if you are still unhappy with your nipple position

It takes 3 to 6 months to see the final result after a reduction. Also remember that a breast reduction is a reconstructive procedure to try and restore normal proportion. There will always be some degree of asymmetry after any reduction/lift/augmentation.

I'm very sorry for the problems you're having.  A pre-op photo would be helpful in assessing the result.That being said, you appear to be healing well (ie no signs of infection; no report of systemic symptoms) so you should give it longer (like 6 or so months).  At that point, you can consider a revision, if you still want to, with your own or another board-certified plastic surgeon.
