This is a little odd but if you can't sit after your BBL how do you go number two? Do you squat or what?

Using the restroom after a BBL I know you will need to go eventually.

You can take iron, Folic Acid, B complex and vitamin C. However I recommend seeing an hematologist, the Doctor will analize the reason of your low level and put you on a treatment.
