I have done nose facial exercises to make my nose smaller for years. It has become an obsession and I am almost constantly pushing, pinching, and pressing on my nose and nostrils. But, I am worried that it is making it bigger. I've noticed the skin on the sides of my nose seems thicker and bigger, if that makes sense.

Answer: Does almost constantly pushing and pressing on the nose make it bigger?
Hello thank you for your question and provided information as well..based on the photos, ideally in your case my recommendation is that you get a consultation in person with a certified plastic surgeon who sees it in person and can see what techniques you apply to get a good result.
Although you may like the appearance of one side of the nose better than the adjacent side, surgery typically involves improving the overall appearance of the nose, and certain procedures performed need to be symmetric in order to achieve the desired results
As you have experienced, changes occur over the course of rhinoplasty healing. At first, the nose looks too "fat" and too "up," especially at the tip. Most of the dropping happens early, but there can still be significant changes over the full year and beyond.
