There are a couple of ways to accomplish your goal. TCA peels (G Peel) or, for best results, CO2 laser bleaching treatments are effective. It will take a series of 4-6 treatments for optimal lightening with either option. For my CO2 laser patients I also prescribe a compounded laser bleaching cream to use prior to and in between treatments to provide maximum lightening and help prevent the skin from returning to its darkened state in the future.
