I'm 24 year old. I used to have long thick hairs 2 year's back. Thereafter I experienced a period of intense stress, may be even depression for almost 3 year's. Now, I'm loosing my hair's in v shape & they are getting thinner with each passing day. Suggest me what to do now to the earlest?

In general there is no pain associated with alopecia areata. If you are concerned you need to see a doctor for a proper exam. There is not much the Internet can provide aside from general information.
