I am not aware of any problems with any of the lasers that are commonly used for hair removal - if in doubt discuss with your practitioner at your consultation.
It would be best if you posted a photo for me to see. Without one, I can only recommend that you see a cosmetic dermatologist for his/her opinion. I am not sure why your legs should get "wrinkly" after laser hair removal.
