If you had Erbium laser resurfacing then you can wash the treated area. It's best to do it a couple times a day. You want the area to look clean and pink. Try to avoid the yellow buildup, that will only delay your healing. The temperature doesn't really matter as long as it's comfortable and not burning hot. Also, applying ice packs will also help the swelling go down. Good luck during your recovery!
