Thank you for yourquestion. It is normal to have some discomfort during and after the Exilis treatment. Make sure that you do not have rectus diastasis and that the RF energy is not going too deep in the midline. To be sure, seetwo or more board-certified providers in your area for a complete evaluation tomake sure you are a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have thesetreatments.I hope this helps.
Exilis is an excellent treatment for loose skin of the abdomen. It is supposed to hurt some during the treatment as it heats up the area. The Exilis handpieces can be set to tighten skin or go deeper and reduce fat. If you have no fat in your abdomen and the deeper settings are used there will be some pain in the muscle area for a few days after but generally does no damage. Be sure to alert your provider that you had the pain and they should be able to change the settings to give you the best result. Also remember to drink plenty of water the day before and day of the treatment and you will have less pain. With proper treatment settings we have seen great results with Exilis and Exilis Elite.
You look like a great candidate for Exilis Elite. I would say 4 to 6 treatments. Always be sure to take before and after pictures and remember you will not get the same result as a tummy tuck. I do think you will be happy with the Exilis Elite it is a great machine.Best of Luck,Dr....

Exilis uses radiofrequency to destory fat cells and build collagen. Exilis is safe to use on the abdomen. However, most practices discourage the use of Exilis on female breasts. While Exilis is safe with minimal risks and side effects, we prefer to air on the side of caution and...
