I'm having a lot of stomach pain and burning after Exilis. Will it subside?

I'm not fat. 162 cms and weigh 119 pounds. I just have a small belly and lots of lose skin. I just did my first sitting for exilis on abdomen. It's been 4 hrs.

question.It is normal to have some discomfort during and after the Exilis treatment.  Make sure that you do not have rectus diastasis and that the RF energy is not going too deep in the midline.

To be sure, see
two or more board-certified providers in your area for a complete evaluation to
make sure you are a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have these
treatments.

Exilis is an excellent treatment for loose skin of the abdomen. It is supposed to hurt some during the treatment as it heats up the area. The Exilis handpieces can be set to tighten skin or go deeper and reduce fat. If you have no fat in your abdomen and the deeper settings are used there will be some pain in the muscle area for a few days after but generally does no damage. Be sure to alert your provider that you had the pain and they should be able to change the settings to give you the best result. Also remember to drink plenty of water the day before and day of the treatment and you will have less pain. With proper treatment settings we have seen great results with Exilis and Exilis Elite.
