Hello, in my experience, sneezing, itching and a runny nose are common after a septoplasty procedure. A runny nose can be caused by allergic, or non-allergic rhinitis, or by the sinus retaining discharge. Be careful not to blow your nose too hard. If symptoms persist, you should schedule an appointment with a board-certified facial plastic surgeon.
