Do I have the face of a mouth breather? Is there anything that can be done to improve my situation?

So recently I have been told that my right nostril is being blocked by my septum and that may have led to me mouth breathing for a while now. I also have an overbite and some crowding on the lower teeth. I I just want to know if that has affected my face any and if anything can be done to improve my situation.

A thorough internal examination the nose is  required to make a determination about  having a deviated septum.  If the deviated septum is significant enough, then medical necessity must be documented prior to undergoing elective septoplasty surgery.   Preauthorization with your medical insurance must also be performed.  For more information  about septoplasty,  please see the link and the video below
