A healthy Dental implants is integrated in alveolar bone and does not move. If the implants moves and it does not have the restoration on it then:1. The implant is failed and needs to be removed2. The healing cap on the implant is loose and should be tightened by the surgeon or dentistIf the implant crown (final restoration) moves, then consider:1. The abutment screw is loose and needs tightened2. The abutment screw is broken and the implant needs removed/ replaced (rare)3. The implant is failed and needs to be removed. Please visit either the surgeon that placed the implant or the dentist that placed the final restoration. They will most likely take an x-ray before determining the best treatment for you
I am not getting you, so please describe your concern in detail. but the movement of the implant tooth is not possible as it is fused with the bone and if you are asking about other teeth, then yes movement is possible, that happens when occlusion is not stable.
Assuming your implant has been properly healed in the bone, there should be no movement at all (even less than natural teeth may move). Most commonly this is because of the prosthetic crown loosening or the implant not integrating properly into the bone.Dr. Alan Jurim
If you feel any movement at all in an implant you should see your dentist immediately. An implant should never move if it is healthy

I have seen implants fail in smokers more than once, it seems to be a particular problem immediately after implants are placed, while the implant is integrating with the bone. I believe any smoking should be a real concern though. Smoking has definitely been shown to cause implant problems and...
