Can chemical peels help remove a 2 year old tan from my hands caused by too much sun exposure?

Yes, chemical peels can be very effective for any skin area (including the hands) that has been overexposed to the sun. Usually, the best results are seen after a series of peels and/or IPL lasering, the combination of these two treatments are very effective for discoloration and pigmentation damage. Good luck!
