During the recovery period, a nutrient-rich diet is critical, as it provides the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants the body needs to heal and thrive. In general, fast food is not the best choice because it lacks nutrients and is stuffed with empty calories. A single meal won't affect your results but don't make it a habit.

Unless you are eating junk food everyday, you shouldn't worry. But, try to consume it much less and make sure you follow the guideline of your doctor.
