Is surface laser the same as PRK?

further why regression does occur and what are reasons of number back again after had a lasik. I had a corneal topography two weeks back according to doctor my cornea is good and nothing is serious and he said that we can do PRK surgery to correct your vision. I also would like to know how sure that after PRK 0r Surface laser number /glasses will not come again. And is there any multi vitamin tablet which I can use to strengthen my eyes because I daily use laptop, cell and also studies
