I Had an in Office Whitening Treatment, Boost, and Now my Teeth Feel Gritty and Rough and Are Not Shiny. Is there a fix to this or is this permanent damage?

It could be they are just porous and usually after 48 hrs they will be fine good luck

The roughness is due to the "etching" of the enamel by the peroxide. As the teeth "remineralize" and hydrate over the next 24-48 hours, they should regain their smoothness and shine. This is also the critical period when you should not consume anything with color. The teeth are most susceptible to staining in this stage.
