I have a small mouth and crooked teeth. My small mouth is exaggerated by a wide face. When viewed from below, my upper teeth seem to be concave on each side giving an empty buccal corridor-like effect (see images for reference). I would like to know if there are any procedures to increase mouth-width. For example, palate expansion? Or perhaps a face lift to pull my mouth wider?
