What can be done to improve a small mouth, teeth curvature issues, and a wide face? (photo)

The DNA Appliance is the ideal treatment for adult patients with narrow mouths like seen in your picture.  The DNA is a special type of functional appliance that can give remarkable reults and it only is worn 12-14 hours a day.  You cannot expant the maxilla with braces or Invisalign.  The special springs in the DNA appliance put vibration into the appliance that allows growth with virtually no discomfort.In children many fuctional appliances work but for adults the DNA Appliance is the best by far.

Based on your photos, I would recommend that you consult an orthodontist to discuss expanding your palate.  You could undergo treatment with a palatal expander, then follow that up with Invisalign or metal braces.  This is not a typically good case for veneers because the veneers will do nothing to expand your smile.  You may also want to consult a plastic surgeon to see what they may offer, but I personally don't think that one would be necessary.  Good luck and I hope this helps.
