How can I improve my chin augmentation results? Revision? Filler? Fat grafting?

I got a medium extended anatomical implant with wings almost 8 months ago. I feel like the implant is not giving the projection I wanted. I don't like the round, blunted look of my chin, I wanted more of a sharp/elongated look to balance the lower 3rd of my face. The 1st photo is how my chin is now, 2nd is how I would like it to look. I'm now thinking I should have had a different style/size of implant. I am thinking about adding filler but I hate to have to do that forever...
