What can be done for deep, natural crease under my jaw that is beginning to come up on to my chin?

I have had a deep plane facelift 10 or more yrs ago. There was a small incision under my chin but the crease is located on front of this. I didn’t have the crease until after the facelift. I do not want another big surgery.
