Should I change implants from under muscle to over?

I had a BA in early December of last year. 325 cc, round, hp, dual plane. I originally wanted overs, but the ps I chose only did dual plane. I know it's still fairly early in my recovery process, but I'm thinking of changing to overs because now it just feels uncomfortable and unnatural when I use my breast muscles and also my breast are rock hard even though I'm regularly massaging them (and riding high!). What do u think?

Please wait until about three to four months after your surgery to assess your results. By this time, your breasts will have taken on a more natural contour, where the lower breasts become softer and rounder. Natural tissue expansion occurs to allow this to happen, with the help of gravity. Please wait until at least your fourth month to consider revision surgery.

Please allow yourself more time to recover from your initial surgery.  It is very difficult to be patient!In breast augmentation I have chosen to spend time reviewing
photographs with patients to fully understand their expectation of size and
shape.  Many times this simply raises
more questions.  I will make measurements

A change in position to above the muscle can be done. Most surgeons, like yours, prefer under the muscle placement for a number of reasons. The down side of under the muscle is the animation that occurs when the pectoral muscle is used, and the fact that it takes some months for the implants to settle from the high riding position that is quite common early on. Be sure to discuss the pros and cons and evaluate them carefully before proceeding.All the best, Dr Gottlieb
