I want to lose weight however every time I do so I become a "Fertile Myrtle" and my husband and I are done having children. We have been over this with my OBGYN that I want a tubal ligation. But I am concerned it may interfere with my ability to obtain a gastric sleeve. Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated.
