Is there fix to make my breast look like breast. I feel like they are under my arms, cleavage is none existence and they look like footballs. Under the muscle 525 Mentor MemoyGel put in Oct 2017. I hate them. My PS is saying she can’t do much to fix.

The results of breast reconstruction have improved dramatically over the last few yearsYou could have the scars revised and fat grafted, . By placing the implants above the muscle ,the shape will improve and the muscle will be freed from the skin

Absolutely there is a solution for you, and it will fix all of your problems.  The implants can be moved ABOVE the muscle, and the muscle will no longer be trapping the implants and the skin won't be stuck to it.  This will also allow the implant to show itself more, and give you cleavage and a much better appearance.
