I’m very unhappy with result from a DMX and reconstruction. The skin is attached to my muscle. Can they be fixed? (photos)

Is there fix to make my breast look like breast. I feel like they are under my arms, cleavage is none existence and they look like footballs. Under the muscle 525 Mentor MemoyGel put in Oct 2017. I hate them. My PS is saying she can’t do much to fix.
