Hello Brian, thank you for your question. As I can see in the photo if there is a difference in the cartilage on the right side, to fix this there are two options. The first one is with a filler or the other one will be with surgery where your cartilage will be fixed even will improve your breathing.Best regards,Yucel Sarialtin.
Either cartilage grafting through a closed rhinoplasty or a filler to the indented area would be appropriate.
Your photo appears to show an indentation on your right, where your nasal sidewall meets your tip. If this is your only concern about your nasal appearance, you may consider consulting a surgeon experienced in the delicate art of nasal injections to restore volume and symmetry. My personal preference is to use Silikon-1000, an off-label filler for permanent results. Hope this helps you. Dr. Joseph
Rhinoplasty for the crooked nose, etc. using cartilage to fill in at the dents and straighten the crookedness using your own nasal cartilage. This hould improve your breathing.
Dear Brian1991, You can use a little filler for that area to fix the caving in portion If it collapses with breathing, you may need a little more work It is best to see someone for a consultation so you can go over exactly what bothers you and how it can be addressed Best regards, Nima Shemirani
It appears that you have a problem with the cartilage on the side (right upper lateral cartilage), and the cartilage on the tip of the nose. This will require surgery for correction, and straighten the appearance of your nose.
From the photo provided, this is most likely from localized damage to the right tip cartilage. Filler or an onlay cartlage graft to fill out the area are the only two options at this point.
Hi. This should actually be easily corrected by injecting a small amount of Juvederm Ultra Plus deeply into the right side of your nose.
