Can a cosmetologist with magisterium tytle from a university (aesthetic cosmetology) perform hyaluronic acid injections? hyaluronic acid is not a drug or toxin like botox and just like tatoo artists or beauticians performing permanent make up they touch skin with needles. Please provide answer by refering to supporting law regulation that forbids such treatments to be performed by cosmetologist (sorry if my grammar is incorrect - english is not my native language)
