Lipo or filler to improve my chin and jaw line?

Would chin and jawline be enough to fix the insecurities I have with my profile or do I need to do kybella, lipo, pr airsculpting? Female, 5’9, 155lbs, works out daily, no matter how much weight I lose I always have a curve profile not the degree profile I’ve always wanted.
