Thanks for your questions.Yes, there are things that can be done.  You have significant asymmetry that is no doubt a problem for you.  In general the options are making one breast bigger or the other smaller to try to match their size and shape. Usually it is easier to make a breast smaller than bigger and in your case that is what I would suggest, provided you are happy with the size of your smaller breast.There are many options and I would be confident that an experienced plastic surgeon could provide you with symmetry and a result that you are happy with.  I suggest you consult someone in your area for an opinion.Kind regards,Dean

You might want to consider a revision to you reconstruction. More details of your surgery and better photos would be helpful.

Dear victorg:You have options!   It would be helpful to know more about your history.  For instance, why did you have a mastectomy in your teens?  What sort of reconstruction was completed for you years ago?  Although a formal consultation is required to give you any meaningful advice, based on your photo alone, you would likely benefit from a revision of all your scars.   You may be a candidate for an augmentation procedure of your reconstructed left breast.   And you may need a lift or reduction on your larger right breast.   Please visit with a board certified plastic surgeon to learn more about your options.  Best wishes,Dr. BasuHouston, TX

I am sorry you are unhappy with your reconstruction but this can be revised to give you a better outcome.  Please see PS in your area who do a lot of breast reconstruction and they can help guide you to see what your options are.
