1 week post-op I am able to wear my pre-surgery bras - 34H. The PS took 460 g from each breast, which was not nearly enough. I do still have some swelling, but I cannot imagine that I will be dramatically smaller when everything settles out. My lift looks great, but I wanted a reduction to help with constant neck and back pain. My insurance paid for this procedure, so a do-over is not an option. I am so disappointed. Do I have any options? What should I say to my PS?
