What are my options after a disappointing Breast reduction? (photos)

I am sorry to hear about your disappointment after breast reduction surgery. As you know, it is still early of surgery; certainly too early to evaluate the long-term outcome of the procedure performed. In the longer term, if you remain "disappointed", I suggest that you communicate your concerns/goals in a calm and constructive fashion with your plastic surgeon. Hello dear thanks for your question and pictures, I'm sorry that you're disappointed with your results, but do not worry that can be fixed... you just have to get a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine why your breast are like this, and also think about fix them with another surgery.

Hi, TimelyWord.  Sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your result. However, you are only one week out from your surgery.  I expect that you will have swelling that will decrease in next 3-4 weeks.  460gram from each side is fairly sizable.  As I can see from your pre to post-op photos, there is a difference.  Please give it a time; also convery to your plastic surgeon about your concern.  If you are still unhappy after 3-6 months and experience physical symptoms due to your size, you can go smaller.  Best regards.
