One implants sits higher than the other one. Any suggestions? (photos)

Hello, without knowing your preoperative appearance and more details of the surgery it is difficult to provide advice.  For example, if your breasts had a different size or shape before the operation, there might be some residual asymmetry after surgery.  If they were exactly the same, one implant may be sitting higher.  I would recommend ongoing followup with your surgeon since they are aware of your pre-existing shape and the exact procedure that was done.

Thanks for your question. In reviewing your photo, I agree that the left implant appears to be a bit higher than the right. It appears to me that you have a bit of a malposition possibly on the left side.  This side looks higher and fuller in the picture that is provided.  Most implants will "settle" into place by 3 months with implant displacement exercises and time.  Sometimes implant exercises and a bandeau strap can be helpful at this time point; however, it is also possible to have an early capsular contraction that can limit the implant from "dropping".  There are some medications that can be helpful for this and I would discuss this with your plastic surgeon.  In general, revision surgery is necessary most of the time to "reposition" a breast implant if it does not change after a certain time period. I would make an appointment with your plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns about shape and size. It looks like you have malposition of the left implant.  This usually requires a minor surgical procedure to reposition the implant.  You should discuss with your surgeon.
