narrow smile, not sure if it's my palate or arch. I have an overbite,two upper central incisors are actually a single crown molded as two. I was 17.They're bulky,Spaces between my upper central &laterals and first premolars.lower teeth crowded even though my third molars never came in. upper third molars did come in. incisors on my right side tip in more than the left. i have a gummy smile. I show more gum on the right side. My right side profile is ugly. just need some direction to start.I'm 25
