Bad Idea!!! May be possible todo instant orthodontics with ceramin crowns. There are alternatives to braces including DNA Appliance of ALF appliance and it is possibe to do Invisalign.
At age 22 I would recommend either invisalign, or if you simply don't have the patience, what I call instant orthodontics using veneers. However, to do proper veneers I recommend you have someone with a lot of experience do this as it is not a simple procedure in your case.
If your gums are healthy and you don't have any bone loss, your first choice should be to straighten your teeth with braces. All on four was developed as a "graftless method" to reconstruct an arch with dental implants. In years past, it was taught that the upper arch needed 8-10 implants and the lower arch needed 6-8 implants when reconstructing with dental implants and that the implants needed to be perpendicular...
If its verified that the actual implant is mobile and not just one of the multi-unit connectors, then ideally replacing the implant would be a good choice. However, if there is no infection and the oral surgeon feels that the implant can be stabilized by performing, perhaps, a...
