Without X-rays and a clinical exam it will be hard to give you an answer regarding your concerns. If you dont have gum disease treatment with clear aligners will likely be the best option for you. An in office consultation is your best next step. We offer complimentary consultations.
At age 22 I would recommend either invisalign, or if you simply don't have the patience, what I call instant orthodontics using veneers. However, to do proper veneers I recommend you have someone with a lot of experience do this as it is not a simple procedure in your case.
If your gums are healthy and you don't have any bone loss, your first choice should be to straighten your teeth with braces. Considering the extremely unlikely worst case scenario that you were to lose all of your teeth, I would still not make an All-on-4 treatment as one of your first choices because of how young you are. A consultation with an experienced surgeon and/or orthodontist could answer your questions more precisely.
Without examining you and a good set of X-rays, a complete and accurate diagnosis is impossible I have been performing the all on four procedure for almost 10 years. Unless you have severe decay and/or gum disease at age 22 the all on four would be a terrible choice for you.If you don't like the idea of braces clear aligner therapy might be a better option to straighten your teeth. If your teeth are healthy keeping them for life is your best option.
All on Four is designed for failing or hopeless teeth and is a heroic last resort. Crooked teeth is NOT failing or hopeless dentition. I don't think you can even find a dentist that would do this for you, and if you DID I wouldn't trust them. You may find that you only need braces for a very short time, and with tooth colored brackets and tooth colored wires, they don't even have to be conspicuous.
Bad Idea!!! May be possible todo instant orthodontics with ceramin crowns. There are alternatives to braces including DNA Appliance of ALF appliance and it is possibe to do Invisalign.
