Scar remediation - what are my options? (Photo)

2 years ago i had a breast llft and small increase with under muscle implants. I followed allll instruction from my surgen. And had some stitches tear at the t section under my breast. My surgeon was too concerned even after me letting him know my opion on this almost 2 weeks after iii should have been healed he sent me to wound care at more out of pocket to me. They healed fast after that. He kept saying the scar would fade away. Well 2 years later its still there and im regreting the lift
