It has been two months since I was treated with both Sculptra and PDO threads in my face and neck. I’d like to do a skin tightening treatment for mild jowls and lax skin under chin. Is Morpheus not a good choice? Will it “melt” fillers and/or threads? Had some Botox as well. Would Ultherapy be a better choice?

Answer: It is ok for Morpheus8 to be done although having done fillers. A combination of Morpheus8 and Ultherapy can be done.
Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful...

I would say that just getting a morpheus treatment alone would solve this issue. Morpheus radiofrequency microneedling at a depth of 4mm will do some fat destruction as well as skin tightening, collagen plumping and muscle contraction.
