Well you have certainly been through a lot! The answer to your question is that while it is not possible to remove the scar entirely, it is likely possible to improve it significantly. Scars that are more noticeable are those that are indented or raised. It's difficult to tell from your picture, but it appears to be indented. This contour deformity can usually be improved with scar revision. I would encourage you to seek out a board-certified plastic surgeon and go in for a consultation where a more thorough examination and discussion can take place. Good luck!
