Does Secret RF microneedling melt/dissolve fillers?

Aloha! Currently it has been 3 moths since i had my fillers done with Reslient RHA collection. I had my cheeks, chin, lips, jaws and the philtrum to define it. I start my session with Secret™ RF by Cutera. I wanted to know if i should avoid the areas where the fillers were placed? I heard mixed reviews that since heat and RF is used that it can or will melt or dissolve my fillers? is it true if it is what other options do I have like Secret RF? Any information will help. Thank you.

I use Secret in my office and get excellent results with scars and skin laxity. Sessions of just micro-needling can also be done if needed.

Secret probably did not give the erythema to your face, but something you are eating or are exposed to might be the culprit. I would suggest seeing a dermatologist to try and control this redness.

Secret is best used when the whole area is treated. If only a small area is treated, then the response will be small and not as lasting.
