is there any pain, swelling or bad taste/ smell ? If present, these are the symptoms that would indicate problems with the healing Healing status is not clear from the picture you have posted.  Also you should not be pulling on the cheek.  you can disturb the healing .....if you have concerns , you should see your dental surgeon to evaluate the site and to rule out infection......

pain , redness, sometimes fever, swelling are common symptoms with infected implant. so if u have non of these thn yr implant is healing properly.
