Is my dental implant healing properly? (Photo)

I had a single implant done almost 3 weeks ago can some tell me if it's healing properly? I'm nervous.

is there any pain, swelling or bad taste/ smell ? If present, these are the symptoms that would indicate problems with the healing Healing status is not clear from the picture you have posted.  Also you should not be pulling on the cheek.  you can disturb the healing .....if you have concerns , you should see your dental surgeon to evaluate the site and to  rule out infection......

From the photo, it is difficult to assess healing progress. but key things to look out for is any increase in swelling or pain that may indicate infection / inflammation. See our detailed post operative instructions which might be helpful.

pain , redness, sometimes fever, swelling are common symptoms with infected implant. so if u have non of these thn yr implant is healing properly.
