I am confused. One doctor says he could place implants right away, other says to do a bone graft first?

The timing and sequence of implant placement can vary depending on the dentist's training, personal preference, and confidence in his/her ability to deliver predictable treatment outcomes.  Neither is the "right" way; it depends on the surgical dentist's professional opinion

Hi and thank you for your question. In reality you could do it  both way depending on the clinical and radiographic presentation. In most part is best to do  everything you can at the same time, because every time you open an area you loose bone. Best recommendation is to get a 3D image (CBCT) to determine if you really have the bone to do everything. With that technology they should tell you specifically the size of the implant you need at each site.
